NFC/RFID Chipset

Each okayhacker tag embeds a custom ISO/IEC 14443 Type A compliant NFC chipset operating at 13.56 MHz, paired with a passive UHF RFID transponder (860-960 MHz) for long-range authentication. The dual-frequency architecture enables both proximity-based wallet interactions and warehouse-level provenance tracking.

Cold Storage Module

Integrated within the tag substrate is a hardware-isolated secure element (SE) utilizing EAL6+ certified cryptographic coprocessors. This air-gapped module generates and stores private keys using true random number generation (TRNG) derived from quantum noise sources, ensuring cryptographic-grade entropy.

The secure element maintains an HD wallet (BIP-32/BIP-44 compliant) supporting multiple blockchain protocols including Ethereum (EIP-2333), Bitcoin (secp256k1), and Solana (ed25519). Private keys never leave the SE boundary, with all signing operations performed in-chip using constant-time algorithms resistant to side-channel attacks.

Provenance Mining Protocol

Our proprietary social virality algorithm aggregates on-chain and off-chain metrics— including engagement rates, secondary market transactions, geographic distribution, and community sentiment scores—into a composite provenance score. This score is periodically hashed into the wallet's transaction metadata via EIP-712 structured data signing, creating an immutable authenticity ledger.

Virality-to-Value Conversion

The system continuously monitors over 300+ parameters across social platforms— post impressions, share velocity, influencer endorsements, geolocation check-ins— and converts this data into weighted tokens minted directly to your tag's cold wallet.
